Thai Traditional Massage

Thai massage has a basic massage line called "Sen", which is an energy line that connects the body and mind. By applying moderate pressure to the "Sen" and pushing, stretching, and pulling (massaging) various parts of the body in various positions, it is believed that prana (energy) and breathing are regulated, the flow of life energy is promoted, and the mind and body are balanced (normalizing the function of the autonomic nervous system, improving natural healing power, and improving immunity). This is still continued today as the general Chaluisak (Thai massage).

Thai traditional massage is similar to yoga in many ways. It is a connection between nature and people, between the body and the mind. If yoga is a massage done alone, then Thai traditional massage is a massage done by two people. Although the ways of expression are different, there are many similarities.

Our traditional Thai massage is not Pe Peng Thai ( treatment) but Nuat Thai (relaxation). However, based on the above idea, we will approach the improvement of stiff shoulders, migraines, swelling, bowel movements, etc. by pressing, stretching, and pulling various parts of the body with moderate pressure on the "sen" in various positions.

Some people (especially those who are stiff) may feel pain during this treatment, but this is simply because the "sen" is working. The pain will decrease as you do the treatment regularly.
